Hello! I'm Amy Wright and I teach people how to set up and successfully run their own microgreens business, specifically in the UK. I teach a simple, low tech approach that can be run from your house or garden.

Since 2017 I've absolutely loved running my own microgreens business, Nell's Urban Greens in Leeds, UK. It's massively changed my life for the better and I want to teach you to be able to do the same.

Module 1 - Microgreens Farming in the UK

As with all my training, this course is specific to running a small-scale microgreens farm in the UK. I therefore give you an overview of the current industry in this country and explain where you'll fit into this. You'll also learn the reasons why I think you should start a microgreens business right now. Plus, we look at the day to day operations at my own microgreens farm in detail, including choosing your growing space and when it's the right time for you to go all in with your business.


Module 2 - Grab Your Supplies

I show and give you a rundown of the basic supplies you'll need to get going with your farm. All inexpensive, easy to get hold of in the UK and just enough to get you going. I share my recommended seed suppliers, seed varieties and equipment suppliers with you.


Module 3 - Growing Your Microgreens For Profit

The chunkiest and practical part of the course! I will teach you step-by-step exactly how and why to grow the 2 most saleable microgreens crops in the UK - Pea shoots and Radish shoots. Being able to grow these two contrasting crops to a commercial standard provides enough variety to start selling and get your business off the ground.
